Earlier this year, Bellingham Public Library applied for and received a We the People Bookshelf on The Pursuit of Happiness. What this means is that the National Endowment for the Humanities granted us a collection of books sharing the theme of “The Pursuit of Happiness”. You can see the enire list of titles here. Also, check out the Winter 2008 Shelve It! (coming soon!) which lists the titles of particular interest to teens.
BPL Teens Read will have strings throughout the month of January on the pursuit of happiness. In books. In life.
