Teen Summer Reading 2009

June 13 through August 8

Read or listen to a book.

Write something (two or more sentences) about it on a review form.

Drop it in the review box or give it to a library staff member.

You are automatically entered to win a weekly prize drawing and the grand prize drawing at the end of the summer.

• The more books you review, the better your chances of winning.
• Teen with the most reviews will recieve a special prize.

Fine forgiveness

• Read a book and fill in a review form.
• Turn it in to library staff at the check out desk.
• Have up to $5 in overdue fines waived off your library card.
• One time only.
• Fines waived off participating teen’s card.
• Teen must be present for fines to be waived.

Prizes

Each weekly prize consists of
1. A $10 gift certificate to either Village Books OR Merchbot
AND
2. A $5 gift certificate to either Rocket Donuts OR Mallard Ice Cream OR The Bagelry

Each grand prize will consist of
1. An “Express Yourself @ your library” Summer Reading T-shirt
AND
2. 2 Movie passes
AND
3. A Target gift card
